Alexander Rinderhofer graduated in polymer/plastics engineering at the University of Leoben/Austria. As Technical Director of an Austrian industrial group, he was responsible for the development and implementation of the global technological strategy within the Composites division, from raw materials to product applications. He also earned an MBA from Johannes Kepler University Linz/Austria, focusing on strategy development, strategic marketing, and technology sales and management. Subsequently, further appointments as CEO at companies in strong need of change and restructuring in the plant engineering and electronics sectors enhanced his technical and business expertise. In 2017, Alexander Rinderhofer was appointed as one of Managing Directors of GAW Beteiligungsgesellschaft/GAW Group, where he is responsible for Innovation, Technology and Sales. Since 2024 he is also Managing Director of GAW technologies GmbH.
