Dieter is a Partner at Roland Berger. He has worked in several countries across Southeast Asia, and originally started at the firm's Brussels office in Belgium.

He leads Roland Berger’s energy and sustainability practice across South-East Asia and supports multinationals, conglomerates, investment funds and governments on energy transition topics such as renewables and recycling opportunities in the region. For example, he has worked on several M&A transactions in the waste sector and advised numerous companies on plastic recycling strategies and investment opportunities.

He holds a Masters in International Economics and Business from the University of Leuven in Belgium. He is also a graduate in International Economic Policy at the Kiel Institute for the World Economy in Germany and attended the Executive Program in Infrastructure and Public-Private Partnerships at Harvard University.
