Carlo Bouwmeester is responsible for global business development for plastics recycling at Chemetall. Over his 26 years career at Chemetall, Carlo has held various positions in business and product development, quality, safety and health as well as project management. Prior to his current role, he was global key industry manager, automotive components plastic fascia and global product manager for paint detackification, water treatment and paint strippers and maintenance products.

Carlo studied Management Economics and Law at the Hogeschool in 's-Hertogenbosch and holds a Master’s degree in European Public Administration from the Erasmus Hogeschool in Brussels and a Bachelor in Dutch law from the Radboud University in Nijmegen, Netherlands.
